Volunteer Meeting 2/12/2012


This is a very important meeting - and all volunteers should plan to attend. We need a good turnout to discuss many different avenues of a specific fundraiser we are planning to hold in May. If you are not yet a volunteer, and would like to become one, click this link to sign up. Feel free to bring friends and family members - I will have volunteer sign-up sheets on hand for any newbies. :)

If you haven't heard, we are planning a 1 mile dog walk for either May 12th, or May 19th. We will pick and plan a date at this meeting. If you know if any conflicting events that might interfere, please let me know - so we can pick a different date while there is still time.

I have a professional graphic design artist working on the TCHS 2012 t-shirts. She will be creating a number of different designs for us to choose from, and we will have a vote at the end of the meeting. If you want to vote, please plan to attend. :)

We are going to need about 10 experiencd volunteers willing to be chairmen and help us plan this event. If you're willing to help us honcho the fine details of this event, please let me know.

There are many more things we will be discussing at this meeting. It will be held at teh Firehouse Coffee Shop in St. James - and we will begin at about 5:30 p.m. If you need directions, or a ride let me know. I'll be happy to help you!

Volunteer Meeting - 1/29/2012

This Sunday, the 29th of January, at 5 pm, volunteers and concerned individuals interested in helping the Tri County Humane Society will meet at the Days Inn in St. James, next to McDonalds to discuss Fundraising plans for the year. We will be in the Meeting Room adjacent to the breakfast area of the motel. Please mark your calendar and bring your fundraising ideas.
